Your Sales Rep Script.

A foreword

 This Sales Rep script is a guide in order to keep your conversation focused on the objective of making the sale and closing the deal. Also, it can to offer some insight on successful selling.

Your time is money, and so is the business owner or manager that you will be speaking to. It is natural for conversations to go of course into many areas, but a Skilled Sales Rep must be able to steer the conversation back to the important issue at hand..."making the sale" There are many professional sales people who have learned the "art of selling" and have highly honed their craft. And there are also many people who are just "naturals", who can sell ice to an Eskimo, or bags of sand to someone living in the Sahara desert.

However, we are not seeking to do that here. You will be offering businesses something they want, and can use for their benefit. Whether you are a natural or a quick learner, there are a few important ingredients in all successful sales people. They are:
1) Confidence: (not arrogance). Be confident in yourself and what you are doing. You are not doing anything illegal, it is not a scam, you are selling a legal product to someone who "will benefit from it" and already pays for advertising somewhere and has money budgeted for it.
2) Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the product. This will increase your confidence. Be able to answer questions about the product with confidence, and if there is something that you don't know, tell the prospect that you don’t know, or are not sure and that you will find the answer for them. Don't try to BS anyone. They may already know more about the product than you, and are just testing you. A car salesman is not a mechanical engineer and does not know everything about the inner workings of a combustion engine and automatic transmission. But he can tell you the basic functions and features and benefits of the smaller gas saving engine, or the more powerful performance one.  We must understand the "psychology of the buyer". He (or she) may not want to seem “gullible” or too "Easy". They want feel like they have asked all the "intelligent" questions and have given this decision "Deep" thought. But in their mind they may be thinking “Yes! I want this! I want this!" So be polite and persistent with patience.
3)  Persistence:  Be Persistent ! Just think to yourself "I can make 60.00, 70.00, or 80.00 dollars just for talking to you for 5-10 minutes" Just think; "Many people are working heavy construction jobs in 90 degree weather and making $15.00-$25.00 per hour....then say to yourself... I can do this!...I can do this"

Your voice is the most powerful tool that you have in this life. Fact: Most money in the world is earned by people’s voices. Singers...Rappers...earn trillions, Actors., TV talkers...the Oprah's..the Views..Ministers, news personalities, late night talk hosts.. game show hosts.., talk radio hosts...politicians...lawyers... The list goes on.. It still comes down to the voice..."Speaking" It is recorded in the Holy Script that even the world was created by.. "Speaking"

Open your mouth and EARN.. Death and life is in the power of the tongue...also Debt & Liberty from Debts is in the power of the tongue.

Please remember this: "It is a numbers game". If you speak to 12 people in an hour. MOST WILL NOT BUY FROM YOU!, but don't let that discourage you, if just one person buys, and you made $70.00, did you have a successful hour? If two people buy that could be $120.00- $160.00. You decide if that's worth an hour of your time. Some may decide to buy late in the night when you are asleep after they read the email you will send them   So your labor for that hour can still make you money even after you hang up the phone.  SOME MAY EVEN BE RUDE OR HANG UP, but don't let that faze you. It is not personal.  People are dealing with all types of pressures, and stress, don't take it as a personal rejection of you. Just move on to the next call. Consider it a mutual benefit that they didn't waste your time, so you could get to the next call which could be your next sale. The top paid baseball sluggers who make hundreds of millions of dollars just get approximately one hit in every 22 pitches that come their way. It is a numbers game. So be confident, be knowledgeable, and be persistent. Go and speak to that money that has your name on it and tell it to go into your account. : >) . Here are a few things that a Sales Rep should know about the product (which are all true).

 1) Be knowledgeable of the product that you are selling.  3)  Be polite, positive, friendly and enthusiastic. A positive polite and enthusiastic person will have much greater success with whatever they do in life. Many of us has had an experience in which someone was trying to sell us, or persuade us of something that we didn’t want, but because they were polite and enthusiastic we listened a little longer to let then finish. Your attitude may buy you another minute. And that may be all you need to strike the deal.

 4) If they are too busy to hear your sales pitch, request their email address so you can send them the information, then follow up at a later time. You should ask them for the best time to contact them. (You will receive an email ad to send your prospects. Remember to send your "Rep Code" with it.)

(When the right person answers, reintroduce yourself) My name is (your name), How are you? I work with the company Extended Commerce. Customer: Q: How do I upload my Ad. I don’t know too much about that computer stuff.
Sales Rep: A: Once you register, you will receive logon information with your own username and password. We will not have your username and password. After logging in The site will guide you through the steps to and upload your content such as text, images and YouTube videos. If you have a website you can use some of the same content from your site, using copying and pasting and then  link it to your site.

Customer: Q:   I don't know how to do that stuff , Can you guys put it up for me ?
Sales Rep: A   Yes our support team can assist you with that.. They currently charge $20.00 to put up your content for you for you, but you will have to send the Ad content that you want uploaded to the site.
You can also contact the support team.at service@philadelphialife.com and they will help you with that.

Customer:  Q: How long will the Ad stay on the website?
Sales Rep: A: The ads will remain on the site For one year after  the purchase.
